According to a February 26th, 2010 article in the New York Times, over 1.9 million cars were repossessed in 2009. That’s one vehicle every 17 seconds!
What’s more, auto repossessions year-after-year over the past decade.
Simply put, the auto repossession business is one of very few industries that’s profitable in good and bad economies!

Unlike many come-and-go businesses, the repo business has been around for a long time, and it’s here to stay. It’s a vital part of buying and selling vehicles in the United States.
